Walked in and there was 3 employees, one of them (Julio) was busy with a customer. The other two were on their computers, working with orders, in and out to the cars, but ignored me completely, didn’t even bother to ask what I needed. This is bad customer service, really bad. Julio ended up helping me out and I got what I needed but had to wait about 15 mins for a 2 mins consultation.
