I called this shop 15 minutes before heading out to inquire about my battery getting tested. I arrived there and I was told by the attendants that they DONT test when it’s already dark out! So WHY TELL ME YOU’D DO IT WHEN I CALLED?!?!?

My car was having trouble starting, I couldn't get an appointment at a shop so I decided to try and change the battery myself. Pulled into this AutoZone to have my battery tested, it was corroded and giving a bad signal. I brought some tools so that I could take it out myself as AutoZone has a battery recycling program. Everything kept going wrong, I was in this parking lot for way longer than I should have been and I had to kept running inside for advice. Brian and his colleague were patient and super helpful. After an embarrassing amount of time I got the battery out switched and was on my way. I arrived upset that I had to deal with this and after the hour or two I spent in the parking lot I left feeling better. Mostly because of the amazing service I received at this location. 10/10 would recommend.

Valid military ID? It gets you 10 Percent off Stopped by here because I needed antifreeze immediately. I don't speak fluent Spanish but it seemed most of the customers and some of the employees did. You can access the store from the back street to avoid traffic on Hillsborough. . Friendly staff. Easy in and out.
