Went to buy brake light bulb 2 people behind the counter one on the phone and one on a computer i stood in front of the lady at the computer waiting for her to acknowledge me i was still standing there for about 5 minutes with no communication another customer walked in and went to the other register as that guy was off the phone by this time I finally spoke to the lady asking if she could help me she said she was busy “getting my drivers out” Seems to me that an actual customer standing there should get preference She made no attempt to acknowledge me until i spoke and still didn’t look away from the computer to offer to cash me out I’ll take my business elsewhere

I was less then a mile away, they lied to me and said they were coming. I called and they kept saying someone is coming. They stopped answering the phone knowing I was stranded waiting for them. At 655 Tristan answered and told me that someone came to my car twice which is not true because I’ve been sitting in my car this entire time. Terrible

Always very helpful staff, and don't treat you like you should go to costly repair shop if you ask questions about your vehicle.
