I'd give it no stars if that were an option. This office ignores refill requests from pharmacies forcing the patient to do the leg work. Office staff is rude & argumentative. Dr didn't chart dosage change on medication so it was only lasting 18 days instead of 30. This is not an Opioid med either. No excuse for not giving refills. Office staff refused to confirm dosage change. Also was looking at the wrong patient chart. They lack compassion for patients in pain.

Everything about Arizona Pain is amazing from the staff member’s to the Doctors. I was seen for my 1st appointment within 7 days after being referred. Doctor Camilla Binks was amazing, took the time to listen to my needs and addressed all the questions I had about my spinal stenosis. Within one day of seeing Dr. Camilla Binks, I received a call to set my appointment for steroid injections in my spine. I can’t even get an appointment with the VA and I’m 100% disabled veteran yet Arizona Pain has treated me for my pain, set up appointments for injections as well as a Neurosurgeon. Thank you for everything.
