Well I read all of the reviews before going to Specialty Pain Management and I was really stressed out about my upcoming appointment and was dreading it!! I was with another pain management clinic for almost 10 years and loved it but had to find another pain management clinic as my insurance had changed and my old pain management did not take my new insurance. I was soooooooo surprised at how well I was treated the staff ALL welcomed me with a smile and were ALL SUPER friendly!!! DR. Ajay Narwani was so nice and took the time to answer all my questions and did not rush me or just try to get me in and out. I could tell that he took the time to read my medical records that were sent over from my last pain management clinic. I was on a treatment plan that worked for me at the last clinic and it took 2 1/2 years to to get thing's adjusted to the point that I could live an active life style and I thought for sure that I would have to start all over again because of all the BAD INFORMATION that are in the reviews. I was wrong Dr. Ajay Narwani picked up where I left off and was willing to get me set up with a radiofrequency ablation (nerve burn) on my lower lumbar (as I was setup for one at my last clinic before I was forced to change clinic's )and Dr Narwani was able to set it up for me before i left the office! He also wanted a New M.R.I and X-ray of my back as well. I went home (2.5 Miles away) and after being home 10 mins AZ Tech radiology was calling to set up my M.R.I and x-ray !! It always took a week for my other pain management to get that done! I am so very glad that my PCP referred me to Specialty pain management!! I personally believe that the bad reviews are by people that did not hear or get what they wanted from Dr Ajay Narwani or his P.A.'s The wait was a little long but I can see why he is a very busy Doctor and KNOWS what he is talking about and how to treat his Patience with care and understanding and Empathy!! You walk away feeling like a friend and not just a Patient. I very highly recommend Specialty Pain management (The Elliot office in Gilbert, Az) To anyone! They do not judge you or look down on you in anyway at all! they want to hear what you have to say so that they can come up with a treatment Plan custom to you! Not a cookie cutter operation with a one size fit's all approach. And they DO NOT try to just throw medication at you to and send you on you're way!! So all I can say is DO NOT judge Dr Ajay Narwani or his staff based on the google reviews alone because if you do you will be making BIG MISTAKE and passing up one hell of a doctor not to mention his OUTSTANDING staff!!! I almost canceled my appointment after reading the bad reviews I am so very thankful that my wife talked me into keeping it! Like I said the wait is a little long but more then worth the wait to be treated with the care, compassion , understanding and empathy one would expect to see only in the best of hospitals and clinics. I really loved my last pain management clinic and thought that I was treated very well their........... I was treated even better by Specialty Pain Management. Thank You Dr Narwani and staff for such a pleasant experience!

I was just charged $499.95 for a telahealth call. $500 for a phone call… I called and I guess this is normal charge there. Seems a little high to me. Check price before they call you. Now they are charging for what looks like a doctor referral from a doctor I have never met. This looks like a huge scam. Would advise going to a more honest and trustworthy clinic. Patient beware

From my initial visit, the inadequacy and incompetence of this office has been overwhelming. If you have a serious spinal injury,...My advice, don't ever go there. You will never get discharged from their inadequate care, making it impossible for you to seek care at another Pain Management Clinic.

If I could give zero stars and compose this….I would. I canceled my first appointment after the frustrating and unprofessional experience I had just trying to schedule. I would definitely look for another provider. This office should hire more staff and get it together.
