I came in to get a shake and the worker started to make it, she was almost done and another customer needed assistance in the back. Instead of finishing it she walked away and started helping other people. After 3-4 minutes I had to get another girl who was on the register to finish my shake for me. It just wasn’t a good experience.

Starts with the employees more concerned about another employee who came in on her day off (or apparently thats what I got from the conversation waiting in a line wrapped around the counter. The one employee ringing is completely oblivious. The second employee is more concerned with lotto tickets to notice the line. We order milkshakes and when we get them I can't even drink mine because its so thick and theres a chunk of ice cream in it. My friend also had the same issue. If the workers can not handle work and play let alone a rush on top of that then maybe they need to rethink their job. Won't be returning to this location.

Very often they do not have hazelnut coffee. When I ask them to make it they say ok but then often spend 5 minutes doing other tasks until they can get around to starting to make the pot. I have had to ask for sugar packets (they often don't have any out) and they seem to have better things to do than that simple request. They have gotten better about having more than a few sugar packets available lately but for a while it was like pulling teeth to get more than a few. They are nice and polite but are busy. (It is a very convenient location so pretty busy.)
