Was such a quick and easy process! Everyone in there was super friendly. Lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. She gave me a form to sign and give back when I was finished. Went into a different room for more signatures and payment. After payment I went to a different waiting room but realized I was in the wrong waiting room, everyone was super helpful in helping me find the right waiting room! It took about 40 minutes and I arrived at 9:30 on a Wednesday! Will definitely be going back for Testing when needed😊

Stacy, who works in Intake 1645 was so rude and had attitude for no reason, what a c*nt! Stay away from her. Corporate needs to do something.

You have to understand they are treating and offering services at low cost to the public. Yes you will wait longer then usual, if you’re too good to wait then go to your primary care doctor. I have been coming for the past 4 years and the Staff has always been friendly to me. Pricing is very fair and the wait isn’t an eternity people just have no patience these days

I called and was transferred to front desk. the lady told me the address for their location, but i couldn’t hear her. I asked for the address numerous times, but she continued to talk to someone else in her office. Once I got her attention she gave me attitude and stated the address with a rude emphasis. I’ve worked in a hospital before. They need new staff. I’m going somewhere else for a test. Energy is toxic at the door.

Mind you, it's $20 per visit. Not $20 the combined examination, testing, and treatment. It's what I was told and it wasn't told until I made my second visit. Very frustrated.
Its 20 all together
This location is open.
If they show up to your house, you have a more serious STD
Yes. I called about it just a while ago, and asked. They said as long as you're 13 and over, you dont need a parent.
I have had the same exact problem. They are lousy at returning calls and you generally have to drive all the way over there and see them in person.
Yes. You have to wear a mask. You should also expect longer wait times. Also try to get there before or after they take lunch or you will be there all day.
$20
The fee of testing, examination, and treatment (if needed) is $20 at the STD Clinic and will be requested at the time of registration. Insurance is not accepted.
