I Called several times to set one appointment and every time is the same thing, nobody answer the phone and their voice message says that they will return the call between 24 and 48 hours. Actually they never called me back. It amazed me how come a medical place that has no employee to simply answer a phone to bring them new business?

This practice is a disaster. Even though I’ve been a patient for years, I waited months for an appointment only for the provider to spend about 2 minutes with me. Then she switched my prescription to a new one about ten times the price. I called an asked for an explanation and was told I’d get a call back- spoiler alert: no follow up ever came. When I showed up for my follow up appointment, the building was empty. I called and was told the provider I saw had left the practice, but no one contacted me to cancel my appointment- in fact, I continued to receive confirmation notifications. Just a mess top to bottom.
