Avoid this location. They will swindle and take you for every dollar they can. Today 9/28/22 was the third time they have had me come in and not render services while collecting my co-pay and in all stealing from myself and my Insurance (billing insurance, co-pays, medication, etc). All 3 times could have been taken care of with a phone call. If you do choose to go here stay in close contact with your Insurance and be prepared to file claims against Affiliated Dermatology.

**Update** I want to make it clear, that I did not purchase these products at the facility. As these products are outrageously expensive. I had to purchase them online when I had the money. My issue was there was no research done before recommending said products. I tried this dermatologist in April of 2022. I received a lot of info, all of which I have found to be bad info. I have horrible hormonal acne and I was looking for help. I was told to try a certain brand, PCA facial products. I have been using said products since the end of April. Not long after, I developed a horrible rash, that lasted MONTHS. It's just now starting to go away with a lot if treatment. I learned a lot about these products, that a certified doctor recommended. This company LIES about all the ingredients that are in them. They do not put all the additives, paribens, formaldehyde, scents or dyes on their labels. You need to really look for it. Because of this I developed Contact Dermatitis, which again had lasted MONTHS even after I stopped using them. If you are certified to recommend products to people, know what you are recommending. I've been miserable. Worst experience I've ever had with a doctors office. Don't trust them

My mother had a biopsy. The lab provided this office with the results on the 26th of July. By August 2nd my mother still did not have the results. She called, and selected the option in the automated system to receive a call back when it was her turn. She was not contacted until the following day. Staff asked the reason for her call. She explained that she was awaiting test results, which were then read to her over the phone- malignant melanoma- this SENSITIVE information was delivered by a stranger who manages phone calls. A healthcare professional (Dr, RN, PA. NP) was not available for questions, concerns, or support. TERRIBLE PATIENT CARE & SERVICE.👎
