If I could give less than 1 star I would. The pharmacy never answers the phone. The drive through is always closed. They are supposed to automatically refill my prescriptions and they don’t.

We had not used this pharmacy before, but just moved to the area, and this was the closest one. The issue happened in two stages. I do not blame the pharmacist on duty, he was very polite, seemed a little defeated by the whole thing as well. We had an antibiotic sent to them while we were at the doctors office. We called the pharmacy when we left. They told us that it would cost $19 and that it would be ready the next day by 3, since it was an antibiotic, we asked if we could do it sooner, and were told no. When I get there today, the first thing that seemed off was that they prepared the medicine when I got there. When I asked why they couldn't do it yesterday, the pharmacist told me "company policy is to make it when you get here" when I asked why we couldn't do it yesterday, he kind of shrugged and said he didn't know. Then when he goes to ring it up, it came back at $56.50, When I told him they said $19 yesterday, he again shrugged and said "It says here $56.50" I called my spouse to double check the amount, she confirmed that they told her $19. I understand everyone is busy and understaffed, but why lie mutliple times?

Horrible experience. I feel they take advantage of customers. As a cancer patient, I had my little sister pick up an anti-nasua medicine that has been on the market for decades. They charged my sister 90% more than it would have cost at Kroger with no insurance. Would have been nice if they told us that the insurance would cover 26 pills, but not 30. They said we could return over the phone. We arrive and the answer is no. The pharmacist was cocky and elitist. Horrible service, my entire family is leaving this pharmacy.

This pharmacy has been going downhill for a while, but today especially was pretty bad. My psychiatrist sent my medication here last week, and I just called, only to find that they haven't received it. This pharmacy is a disaster, and this has been a consistent problem. Go somewhere else, don't waste your time.
