Mr. Evans
My grandmother was treated terribly by the vascular surgeon at this hospital. No plan of care was given. She was never able to get answers after 5 days sitting in her hospital bed and was told that because he was on vacation that is why patient needed to stay so long in hospital before results could be given. She was told that she'd be discharged prior to a diagnosis being given to explain her condition. She is a good woman who needed care, but is leaving feeling disrespected, undervalued, and poorly cared for. We were patient and gave the vascular surgeon time to put together a plan of care, but he decided that because of her age her bed would be far more suitable for a younger person in need of "real care." My grandmother needed care, and you failed her.

My family member was rushed via ambulance to Banner Ironwood Medical Center and they were excellent at their jobs. The doctor quickly diagnosed the problem, started the appropriate treatment and arranged for him to be transferred to a hospital where he could receive the higher level of care he needed. The doctor and staff were great. Thanks so much.

My father was taken to the emergency department. He had been taken care of by a physician Assistant and she was very concerned , knowledgeable and treated him with care. He was sent upstairs to a room and can’t say enough about the kindness and care that he received the nurses, CNA’s my hat goes off to them when I left for the night I felt they would take real good care of him. He was there for 7 days. The only gripe that I had was the one hospital doctor told me she would call me to update me 2 different times 2 different days never heard from her not once. I felt uninformed and that concerned me. The nurses tried everything in their power to accommodate us and that made the difference. Thank you to the Staff for the best care for my father

In the ER only 1 as of right now. They will not let you swap off visitors.
Yes, MD Anderson. Located on Higley and US60. Same campus as Banner Gateway.
Not at this time. You would need to visit Banner Anderson Cancer Center in Gilbert,AZ.
Sorry unable to give you an answer for that. Not familiar with that service
You go into the main lobby/entrance and check into reception/information desk. They will get you registered and direct you where to go. There is a parking lot to the right of the front entrance, this is where you should park.
Thank you for your question to Banner Health. Respective state and county health departments are leading the COVD-19 vaccination efforts. Call and ask them
All the time. When you walk up to it
Mammograms? No
I waited for 4 hours yesterday (5/6/19)
They did when we went Summer of 2017
I don't know that question- have you called the Hospital Directly?
As in on the same network? I believe so.
I haven't but i can recommend staying away from their ER. They aren't well trained and are reckless.
I don't personally know but you can call and ask!
It's not true, I had my second son there a year ago and chose not to circumcise. They're very respectful about it.
