I don't know what they're checking policy is but we got there at 9:00 we just left at 11:47 staff is very nice so I don't think it's their fault but a process needs to be better

Checked in online and it stated to stay in your car and call when you get there so I did. The girl that answered said "well, you need to come in." Never greeted me. The medical assistant seemed nice. I was having major sinus issues and coughing. My chest hurt bad and it was hard to breathe. I also had a sore throat. No one looked at my ears, nose, throat or checked my oxygen levels. Suggested a prescription decongestant but suggested I only take one instead of 2 because I wont be able to sleep. After I stated I have SVT and decongestants sometimes raise my heartrate too much she said " so you don't want it?" It clearly was a bother to them that I was there.

I think so I had an infection on my arm they lanced it and packed it so I'd imagine they could do that
No they don’t I went there yesterday bc I saw your response and I waited for like an hour and then they told me that they can’t help me with that like not even a check up😤
I'm not sure about that, but you do have to register online or from your phone when you get there.

When I took my mother in law they asked me if I wanted to pay or be billed, I chose to pay it then but she also has Medicare. Your insurance may make the difference.
