If you are coming to this clinic do expect them to throw out your years of treatment and doing everything all over again. What’s point of sending medical records if the doctor isn’t even going thru them but just looking at images? I would stay far away.

Front receptionist has green hair, nose ring, and I heard her say mother f….. Not professional in the slightest. Last time I went there I was 7 minutes late and the doctor left for lunch because I was late. I’m not upset about that part. I’m not happy that they lied to me about my next visit. They told me it was for 1:15 when, come to find out, it was actually at 1:45. On a good note, I am in less pain than before. Vineyard location is much better than this location.

Horrible practice from the front desk, PA, and doctor/owner. Did not want to help with pain and prescriptions. Treated me like an addict. Prescribed Tylenol 2 with herniated disc and sciatica. Front staff complained I had too many"encounters" asking for pain medications. Owner/Dr was surprised to hear about my difficulty getting medications and talked to PA. He decided to side with PA. He didn't follow up with me as he said he would and would not return messages. Doctor uses Craftsman automotive toolboxes in surgery room and plays hard rock with a skull bandana on. Horrible, unprofessional experience. Definitely go elsewhere.

Very unsatisfied with this place. They are paid to help you but they don't. Due toy work schedule I could not take off work before my abdomen surgery they FLAT OUT REFUSED TO GIVE ME MEDS THAT I WAS OUT OF BECAUSE I NEEDED TO COME IN FOR P TEST. I GOT DONE AFTER OFFICE CLOSED AND WAS TOLD ONLY NP SEE PATIENTS BECAUSE THE DR'S DON'T DUE TO COVID BUT DR'S GAVE ME BACK INJECTIONS WEEKS AGO, NO ONE HAD APPOINTMENT TILL AFTER JANUARY. WITH NOEFD THEY SAID ITSY FAULT FOR NOT DOING HIS APPOINTMENT WELL HOW CAN IT BE MADE WHEN I CAN'T TAKE OFF WORK BEFORE STOMACH SURGERY. REFUSED VIDEO CHAT AND NOW I HAVE NOT PAIN MEDS. THEY VAULTED ME AND LEFT ME IN PAIN!! THEY SUCK AND I REPORTED THEM US NP I SAW KEPT PUSHING BACK INJECTIONS THEN SURGERY BUT THAT WASN'T TO BE DONE AT ALL. NP LADIES DON'T HELP PATIENTS THEY GAVEEFS THAT DID NOT HELP PAIN THEY DO NOT LISTEN.
