Arriving back home I saw the truck parked right in front of my house blocking part of my driveway. The guy is inside the truck and doesn't move forward for me to park in my driveway. The license plate is G926JR.

Customer Service phone system is terrible. I made a call followed the prompts and when person answered sounded like they were struggling with the phone, this person seemed clueless and was hessatant with my questions. I asked for my usage cost because I'd lost my water bill. It was so weird. Tried to call back and I was disconnected. Went online and tried to reset my password and never received an email. I've been with the city of Phoenix water department for many many years. Never have I experienced such poor service. This is so crazy!!!

i want to acknowledge and praise your employee, Daniel who provided outstanding customer service in resolving my problem with paying my water bill. He went above and beyond in answering my questions, guiding me through the steps to identify the cause and provide me with the knowledge needed to prevent the problem from reoccurring. He has so much knowledge and expertise, and listened to the details of my problem before advising what I needed to do. The previous customer rep, Adrianna, was rude, unwilling to provide any assistance and was quick to transfer me to someone else. Thankfully, I got Daniel.

Worst utility company to have to deal with on the face of the earth. Avoid buying a house that is services by City of PHX. My job requires me to call them weekly and they do not have systems in place to deal with someone with more than one open account at a time. Most Reps are not trained to use whatever system it is they use to locate your information. Reps usually are friendly but when it take speaking with someone for 40 minutes to find out the last date you were responsible for an account is ridiculous. They are one of the few companies that doesn't ask you to rate your service because they have no desire to improve. Hence the low google rating. They either need more rep training or better systems to meet the needs of customers. Their on line customer portal doesn't work well for a business with several accounts. Wish they would ask their customers what changes they could make to be more effective. Avoid doing business with them if at all possible.

Who do I talk to about relocating a fire hydrant on my property? I want to build a 2 car garage and the hydrant would be in the way of the new driveway. Ideally I would like to have it moved about 14 feet to the left.

How much is an average water bill in Phoenix AZ

Our water for 2 is just under 50 and this includes water sewage recycles and trash pickup. Plus bulk trash pick up quarterly.

There is water seeping out of the street at the corner of North 15th Drive and North 16th Drive. Been that way for 3 or 4 days. Phoenix needs a better way to report these things. Or is there one already?
