Standing in line as we speak . I brought my nifty Wu-Tang covid mask just incase these trouble makers required one 😉 . No mask needed. The line is moving kind of slow. I'm gonna say the reason is 50% length of line and 50% not enough help. This is a hard review to leave especially based on promptness. It's not the employees fault that they're hours are trash. Update following my service at the counter.....

This really should be a zero rating. This is the worst welfare office I have ever been to. I had to wait 2 whole hours just to talk to someone about the documents I needed to return. And there worst part was I got there shortly after they opened. There is no speaker or tv screen to show which number is up next so you have to strain to hear them call numbers. My advice is unless you get here first first thing in the morning don’t bother coming because your wait time will be ridiculously long.

5 *'s for it being Thursday and the 17th of the month and not the 15th. Arrived at 7;50 & less than 20 people in line. I called this trip right.
