It never fails i order online waited 2 hours just to call and they didnt get tge online order so called stayed on hold 32 minutes just to be put on hold and now on hold for 48 minutes i just need my money back im over it never again i will drive to mp pizza hut from now on

Ordered a pizza at 5:45, told by computer it would be here in 45 minutes. It has now been an hour and 45 minutes and the phone tells me my order is waiting to be picked up by a driver. Seriously?? How long has the pizza been made? And the staff is not answering the phone. Been on hold for 20 minutes. Wow! Words escape me

Had a very serious altercation with the driver after I showed up to pick up my pizza, after waiting for it to be delivered over an hour and a half to our home that is 1.3miles from driveway to driveway . He yelled at my wife and pointed at the staff while yelling in her face. That's when I got out of my car and went inside. I spent $60.00 on cold food because they said they were overwhelmed. Still no excuse for yelling and causing at my wife. Jeffrey p Mullennix!!!
