Very nice owner great place to stay

Me and my family lived in this park for 1yr. During our stay the first Trailer we rented from them ceiling leaked so bad that every time it rained we lived in a lake! In that same trailer none of the electric worked so we was living off of extension cords running from outside into our trailer. Only thing they done was gave us a tarp! After 3 months they finally put us in another trailer which was not only infested with bed bugs yes I said BED BUGS (the only called terminax out one time even though terminex them selves told them it would take more than one treatment) the ceiling also leaked and the shower had a hole and was falling through also leaking on the floor in the hall way! They never fixed the leaking ceiling which was right over my bed ( its a travel trailer so you cant move the bed) We still continued to have problems with the electric in that trailer as well. Almost caught on fire a few different times. One of which sent a power surge through my trailer and blew out my t.v. which they refused to replace!! This is not all there is so much more that I would love to put. Just know it gets worse from there. Do not live here! And they NEVER once offered to lower the rent for all the problems.
