Positive: lovely set up, quiet and cozy, friendly welcoming staff, great price the waffle iron and hot food bkfast items were great Negative: carpet was wet in our room for some reason maybe the ac? because the controls would not work on the ac you cannot adjust the temp or even turn it off and the room was cold and everything damp, also cereals and breads on the bkfest bar were stale

Oh my goodness! Best hotel we have ever stayed in. Better than many 5 star hotels we’ve stayed. The air quality was amazing. No musty damp smell that most Texas and Oklahoma hotels’ have. Loved it!!!
