The AC/Heater was controlled by a thermostat on the wall rather than the buttons on the unit, this wasn't an issue once we realized it was controlled by thermostat; however the screen on the thermostat barely showed anything, so it was a guessing game on what you were setting it at. The card used to pay for the room was charged the nightly rate 6 times, which is EXTREMELY inconvenient & ridiculous. I understand holding an additional amount, but getting charged 3 times the amount of our 2 night stay left us with just $12 in the bank. We could have stayed at one of the pricier hotels & at least had money left to live off of for the week. If it weren't for this, I would be leaving a 5 star review. The staff was very friendly though.

I have stayed three times and I definitely recommend them. The rooms are clean, and the staff is great! I wanted to give a shout out to Renee who checked me in two of the times, she went above and beyond to help me. She was great! I also talked to some of the housekeeping staff and they were very friendly as well.

Modern decor but room needed maintenance. Curtains were not hung corrwctly and did not close fully. The shower head dripped a lot while showering and the refrigerator cabinet door was crooked. Other than that great stay. Very welcoming staff, standard breakfast tasted good. Very affordable.

If you want a quiet, peaceful, COMFORTABLE place to stay, and easy check-in, this is the place!! The bed was insanely soft and along with the normal pillows there is a long cylinder shaped pillow that I found awesome. The breakfast was delicious, the room had everything one could ever need (fridge, microwave) and was super clean, my bathroom and shower were great. The front desk service was so kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place and definitely will be staying again!!
