I canceled my plan today. This is the second time that after my code wouldn’t work, I waited for someone to help me but nobody was paying attention, so I had to go up to the office and get help. There were cars behind me waiting. When I went up to the office, they were employees sitting in there talking and using their phones, not even paying attention to what was going on at the gate. And after all of that, the back of my car didn’t even get touched.

I had a membership that I canceled months ago, and even after receiving a confirmation email from the company stating that my membership has been inactive for two months I am still being charged. Liars.

On two separate occasions, I went through the wash two times in a row and still left with bugs on the front of my car. Before posting this review, I contacted the business directly to give them a chance to change my mind. I will go back eventually, I hope to get better results next time!
