It's hard to be happy with results when a business can just make up any lies and it's not investigated, so the business can continue scamming people. Meanwhile all over the internet that business keep scamming more and more families.

Great people. They will honestly try to help, just don't show up 2 days before disaster and expect them to fix it. There is a process and it takes time.

Questions & Answers

My daughter got her oil changed at Jiffy Lube on a regular basis. Now her motor died, with nothing but crud inside the motor. It was 2,000 miles since her last change and will cost her over $3,000 dollars. Does she have any recourse?

There's not enough information in your post to say, but her first step would be to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Unit at the Delaware Department of Justice. You can do it online. Good luck!

I've had three replacement refurbished cell phones since June 29, 2018 from at&t. None of the three phones worked properly. Is there a lemon law for cell phones? I'm a Realtor and my phone is my business. I've lost business. Is there any liability?
