Very bad customer support. Called on Thursday night waited for over 1 and half hours on the call to talk to someone. Was able to talk to someone but 8pm they hung up on us. We tried calling back but 8pm closed. Called today waited over 4 hours to get someone to talk they didn’t know what to do. Told us that office hours are until 8pm. She did said she will drop the call on us and she did.
