They never pick up the phone . I’ve been calling everyday at 10:00 and still no answer. I know there’s a lot of people calling at the same time but I’ll call during the day around 2pm or so and still nothing 🤷🏻♀️

We do have assistance. We service all of Fort Bend and Harris Counties and we receive hundreds of calls daily. We are a small agency with a few staff and volunteers. It can be challenging to get through, but please continue to try. Calling through the phone is the only fair option so that everyone has an equal chance to get assistance.
Yes, they do provide assistance with rent. Start calling at 10am on the dot for an appointment to be one of the first callers.
No. Walk ins are welcome. They will give you a huge lunch, but to get a basket of groceries you have to bring your ID, copy of your lease, and a utility bill. Alan Mock is your point of contact.
Yes they do you gotta call Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 10am to 1pm to talk to someone and go from there.
