If I could give this clinic more than 5 stars I would. They are very good at what they do on top of helping me set up a payment plan when my puppy got super sick. Best vet clinic around.

We were visiting Ames when our dog became ill. I called this vet in the morning and was able to get her in that same afternoon. The staff was very friendly and concerned for our dog. We saw Dr Robinson. He was very gentle and quickly diagnosed a severe middle ear infection. He prescribed needed medications and wanted to see her in 5 days since we were not heading home for a while. Also very concerned to contact him immediately if Sadie did not show improvement in 24-48 hours. Our return visit for a checkup was just as positive. The staff and doctor were friendly and very compassionate. We thank them for helping our Sadie.
