I went in for an estimate on cleaning my dogs teeth. She (Vet) was very rude. She said they didn't have time for that due to emergencies that had come in. (LIKE I WAS NOT THERE) they are the ones that told me to come in. I was seen by the other vet and he was very nice. Treat all customers with respect ,word of mouth is power. I took my dog to another vet and will not use them again. People do understand emergencies and I had not complained about the wait.

Today I had to put our dog down. Dr.Ballard was so incredibly compassionate. All of their staff were amazing today and made my terrible day a little better. Her comfort and professionalism was greatly appreciated. This is not just a great vet this is an amazing and kind human! Thank you so much!
