Quail Chase does not have income based, however, they are tax credit which means they have income guidelines. For example: You must make at least 2.5 times the rent per month, but depending on how many live in your home you cannot go over a certain gross amount per year. However, they do accept housing.

Not too bad after hours or weekends.... id say it has a baseline that it sticks to all week long .... it also depends who you stay by and their traffic and children in the unit.... if anything Trash over flow is the problem on the weekends and visually seeing it can be an eye sore... friendly environment overall office is very helpful maintenance is a hit or miss they good with doing patch work 🥴💯🤷🏽♀️ to keep you going.... if you have an issue with anything or anyone the office has your back .... Burnell in the office is awesome!
