A lot of the reviews giving this place praise is based on location. Ignoring that, you could get a cheap Hilton hotel room for the 160 dollar price tag this place asks for. The hallways have stains, bad stains the carpet looks like it's from the 1990s. The drop ceilings have holes in them. The hotel rooms have no microwaves, look like they were painted by a toddler, and didn't even have a bar of soap. They renovated the lobby and the outside by the lobby and stopped. The place is very much an eyesore outside as well. Don't worry about oversleeping till check out a dozen 8 year olds screaming outside your door at 9am will make sure you get up. Pools close at 930pm which is disappointing, park closed at 7pm which was worse. The location and park keep this place alive or it would of been shut down years ago.

Spend your money elsewhere. The staff working were kind and helpful however for the price you are paying per night it’s 110% not worth it. The hotel is VERY outdated and just not clean. I’m sure the cleaning staff works hard but it’s just so old and disgusting that you can only clean it to a certain point. The rooms do not have microwaves so you are almost forced to spend a ridiculous amount of money to eat at the restaurant or the lobby snack store. For the amount of money spent to stay they could at least offer a free light breakfast. The pools in the hotel are nothing special and pretty gross. Your child will be just as happy staying at a reputable hotel down the street that has a pool. The blankets provided are more than likely very old as they stunk and felt like paper. I just do not want anyone else to make the mistake by being fooled by the pictures provided online that make it look like a spectacular stay.

Every staff member here was friendly and helpful. Even had a rollaway delivered to one room in under 5 minutes of asking for it. The bathrooms could've been cleaner. The faucets and sinks should've had more attention, but I cleaned them myself. Heads up, the swim-up bar is cash only. I though this was odd since everything else is cashless, including Adventureland. Needless to say, their ATM has a fee of $4.99 !!! The girls working were great though! Would've been nice to transfer our cooler item directly into the mini-fridge, but it was still defrosting. Four bath towels were soaking wet. I even picked up clumps of ice. Eventually we had a cool fridge and it was all good.

If you want to hear kids screaming and banging on doors at 1:30 am, rough beds, no microwaves, sub par clean rooms, and lose almost half a grand for just 2 nights, then this is where you want to go. If you don't want to get scalped for your money I recommend going to somewhere else. This hotel used to be a great place, but definitely needs remodeled or renovated. All the carpets are dirty and stained, pool areas reek of chlorine and propane. No microwave in the room, so I had to go downstairs to their food lobby area for snacks to warm up my food. Hot tub was disgusting when I used it. Layers of dead skin cells and oil all over on the sides. It was so bad some people have carved their names or something into the layer of nastiness. When I checked out I explained the situation to the front desk lady, she basically told me sorry, there was nothing they could do about any of it except tell the cleaning staff to do better. There is a quiet time rule they have at 1030 pm. You have security. Why not use them to enforce your own rules? So, I will never come back to this hotel. Was great 20 years ago, horrible and shameful now. If they renovate and maybe drop prices a bit, then maybe, but until then, I have a bad taste in my mouth.

Really? Other hotels I've booked online, they would hold the payment until my arrival to pay at the desk and if I wanted to cancel, I had to do it at least 72 hours before arrival, otherwise I would have had a penalized cancellation if canceled too late. I do appreciate the response, since I've asked questions on your website about the resort in general including the park and hotel in the past couple weeks but didn't get an e-mail or call from you guys.
Hello! I'm actually a front desk receptionist here. Check-in begins at 4pm. You can come in any time and pre-register for your room, however. This will allow you to receive your wristbands for the pools, so you can swim while you are waiting for the room. You can opt to receive a text/call when we have a room available for you. Hope this helped!
No but it has a restaurant in the hotel. (Not the best im my opinion and a little expensive).
All of the rooms in the hotel have refrigerators. Only the suites include microwaves as well.
Hi im 12 years old and go to Adventureland about once a year for as long as I can remember. You can go to their website and check out rides and there's also of water park there call Adventure Bay it is as a bunch of fun water slides but the main rides in the actual Park I can't even explain them all there so many there's kiddie rides and fun rides for grown-ups I have written every single right there but I have sadly I have gotten too big to ride some of the kitty ones which is sad because the memories I've had there's also a lot of shopping you can do it is so fun and if you go there I recommend staying in Adventureland Inn and riding Molly the trolley
They use DirecTV.
Yes! You will get braclets upon check-in and it allows access to the trolly and the hotel pools. The trolly runs back and forth throughout the day
Not in 1 room. State law is max at 5
Wrist bands should be included with hotel stay for all guests not certain on deals... Sorry

Only hotel pools, but they provide a free shuttle to the adventureland park.
There are no employee discounts for the hotel at this time, but employees get into the park free, and guests they bring get discounted tickets.
Yes
5 bands per room but I've never seen them check for bands
Most likely not I'm pretty sure you have to have a key code to get in
8:30 am to 10:30 pm
No they r not only service animals
they have rides for 2 and 3 yr olds with special keys that the workers use to unlock the safety belts for each child on the rides. Adventureland has rides for adults also including roller coasters like the monster, tornado, dragon which goes upside down twice in a row, and the outlaw..a wooden roller coaster. they have a raging river and an intertube ride. they also have a water park. it's hard to fit the rides and water park all in one day. also there's an Adventureland inn with 2 pools and 1-2 hot tubs.
