We checked in. Did not recieved the Elite member welcome gift. Everything was great! The room, the shower had the best hair/body products, breakfast was great. As we were checking out, I just asked the guy, Jeff, for a water because we didn't get one last night when checking in and he replied, "I don't have to. They are over there. They're only $1.50. Do what you want." It's a shame to ruin an Elite members experience with poor customer service skills.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Michelle at the front desk was Absolutely wonderful. Will definitely be staying again the next time in town. Only one negative there's an Altoona IA and a Altoona PA. Double check you're booking with the right one.

Enjoyed our 3 day and 4 night stay. The staff was wonderful! Room was clean and comfy! Met some wonderful people that we connected with to stay in touch with moving forward. One of the staff even gifted us snacks on our first night. Look forward to coming back to this establishment.
