The entire team at Chesaco RV was outstanding. My wife and I bought a trailer there and every member of the staff was incredibly nice and willing to work with us. They made the process quick and easy and made sure we were happy every step of the way. Rick our salesman was awesome and super easy to work with. Special shout out to Ricky who was the one who gave us a demo of our trailer and made sure we understood every last detail before leaving. He also went above and beyond to make sure our trailer was perfect out the door.

Sales team (Rick & Tom) - Awesome GM, ED and Corporate Financial Div. - TERRIBLE Bought this RV 17 days ago. No Refund has been done on CC to Have them "HOLD" it. That should have been done the day I bought it. MY trade still hasn't been Paid off and I'm starting to get phone calls from the financial institution where it was Financed through for not being paid. I'm owed $850 dollars for over payment. And that's Right you guessed it!!! NOT PAID Terrible EXP!!!! Not sure I would repeat it!!!! UPDATE!!!! They didn’t mail my Check till 4/25 And aren’t wanting to return my deposit and it not on the bill of sale being applied. Lights over stove don’t work Regulator for propane leaks Toilet needed replaced Micro/Convection oven is broke Second UPDATE 5/10 They Defaulted on my trade loan payoff, They didn't pay it. Everything that can go wrong people What more needs said Stay Away.

Sorry it happened to you .... but They started winter hours just today, they Do it every year since the business have been open .. you probably called weeks ago ... bad thing is if they haven't update the information on Google- or the web ... but may be understandable as they are on the transition happens even to big corporations like if penny Macy's etc ... I don't work for this company
