Currently on my 7th day waiting for a result for my test. I've been calling for the past 4 days religiously trying to get ahold of someone and all options lead to a full voicemail box. To the owner: if you're so interested in saving face: be more efficient than replying excuses, leaking client data and health info to google reviews, fix your actual customer service operation. (now deleted) We're a week into the new year, the holiday excuse you gave to someone who recently reviewed regarding the same issue is stale and I have called during the 3 hours you are listed as open on google. Edit: To the owner: Just saw all those foreign names with fresh google that have positive reviews for businesses all over the country spamming you with 5 stars— wow $50 well spent on Fiverr huh? Erases the memories of the 2.0 star average 😉
