Editing my rating. This place takes forever for an oil change. Every single time I go, it's at least two hours wait, even though I've made appointments. Recently went in to turn in my leased car for a new car, and the manager was not friendly, nor willing to help me stay in budget. His attitude was off putting. The salesman, Sohrab was kind, but didn't really speak much. I was done. Went to Fairfax Hyundai and they were very friendly, but then went to Brown's in Leesburg and WOW, they are it! Hands down the best customer service ever. We have had 4 previous Hyundais and we were so disappointed in Chantilly. The manager there must have been a new one from 3 years ago. It was a big no for me. Instead, I suggest going to Fairfax or Brown's in Leesburg. The entire team at BROWNS were so amazing that we ended up getting TWO cars! From the manager to salesman to Finance, we were beyond happy!!
