Very rude- do not go. Mr.Personality, Rob at the desk was painful. How anyone could say they had a good experience is mind blowing, he doesn’t even give you three words. Messed up my truck - broke a bracket and blamed it on me , emergency brake cables all rubbing on airlift - poor workmanship. Never go back.
