I had a scheduled oil change and c tire rotation, dropped it off at 730 am went at 4 pm they had not even touched it, said a technician called out but never notified me or communicated with me that it wasn't going to be serviced. My husband was late to work I had to have someone drop me off to pick it up , just to find out they never did anything to it.

Reputable dealership with genuine staff who know what they're doing and won't take advantage of you. Fulfilled my new truck order smoothly and without hassle. Justin gave me a realistic time-frame when we placed the order in March, and did not mark up the price when it arrived on the lot last week. I paid the sticker price that Ford sent me while it was on the assembly line. He also paired my phone and set up Android Auto, a huge help since my last truck was built when flip-phones were hitting the market. My dad ordered it new from Boulevard 20 years ago. Based on his experience back then, and the quality product they offer, Boulevard was the obvious choice for me. I look forward to working with them the next time we need a new vehicle.

Can’t believe a Preston owned dealership is that unprofessional looking and acting .what a DUMP ! Service advisors were friendly but as I explained what the problem was I didn’t feel they had a clue . No places to park near service lane ..they were full of lot cars ,no order or arrangement to the whole setup . The bathroom was disgusting to make things worse.after 2 hrs for an oil change and get drain plug out .. that they overtighten here it came.when I went to pay I asked advisor “so they got they plug out ok “? He said “I guess so or tech would have told him . Well I hope he did ..next oil change won’t be there but they will hear from me if it won’t come out . your non training makes your people look like idiots and it’s not their fault .you want people to come there and Trust the work being done .if you want their business, you are going to have to earn it ! Sorry to blast you and the hard working people you have but help them be a professional top notch tech dealership .Preston is big but that does mean it’s great that’s up to the big dogs to look at yourselves and say hey this place needs some help . Good luck !

Took my 2006 Ford F -150 that needed a tune up and tires and a front end alignment, when they looked it over they told me it needed several things to be done to it, to make sure it was done properly, I greatly appreciate their honesty and professional guidance with these issues... Highly recommended
