I don’t believe I’ve ever left a review anywhere before if I have it was once ever but I cannot believe how I was treated over the phone! I was polite and respectful and I was treated like dirt! The lady hung up on me TWICE after ignoring me and interrupting me countless times. After I got tired of the disrespect, I asked for her name which she did not give or if I could speak to someone else to which she said “no” and hung up again!!! I had no help and was disrespected on top of that even though I was nothing but kind and respectful the entire time!

Recently moved here and due to pandemic everything has to be computer savvy which i am not good at, I'm grateful my case worker is very understanding, knowledgeable and patient lol i am not good with computers BuT thank you so much Melissa worthy for helping single mama's out in this world today , the world needs more of ya Blessed Be

The actual process was smooth and the official was friendly and professional. However it was difficult to actually find the department I was looking for. Walked into the wrong spot, was told "dont take a step further!" I guess because of covid, was directed to go 2 doors down. I did, that was to a kitchen, whose sign directed me to walk around a dumpster. I was then greeted by 2 doors, both with huge letters reading "NOT AN ENTRANCE". I went into one of them and was actually in the right spot, although this one just let me walk in, no problem. Very wonky. It shouldnt take this much effort for something that takes 5 minutes.
