My mother in law is currently in the ICU and it’s not looking so well for her .. her mask isn’t staying on so my husband is holding it for her and on his knees because a young blond over weight nurse Lindsey refuses to get him a small chair after I waited a while at the front desk she and other nurses were there just talking and ignoring me … till a nice young lady from the chapel asked me if I needed anything and when I asked for the chair ! MS.LINDSEY decided to speak up from far away and tell me no more chairs for our room !! Very rude !

I had a minor yet serious issue, and sent through a smooth organized process of evaluation & treatment, however the triage nurse was a jerk complaining like he didn't know a hospital is run all night and day and the wait could have been a bit shorter, considering it was empty compared to other Dallas county hospitals. Dr. Ghandi was great as well as the lady sonographer. I would recommend.

Possibly. If you get a bill in the mail, once your insurance kicks in send the bill to your insurance and they will either pay the full amount or a portion of the total bill amount. Also, Make sure to ask how far they will go back to pay for any medical expenses you might incur while you aren't covered. 😁
Call admission's an they will tell you where he is in the hospital unless he does not want to be found or give out any information
Didn't go to hospital, went to medical building behind it.
Right now it's only one person. Although they do give special consideration for some situations. The rules change every week due to Covid. Speak to the manager or the Dr.
Short of breath and chest pains for a woman over 60? Before vital signs and ekg , that took over 30 minutes

This is a very good hospital.
They do have heart and vascular center within the hospital..it is on their website.
