I can’t vouch for the plant side as far as manufacturing however I did have an experience working in the shipping office which was great and definitely a learning experience. Working with the employees in shipping was wonderful however I made a huge mistake and thought I was forwarding my career and moved to the Logistics side. BIGGEST MISTAKE IVE MADE CAREER WISE PROBABLY IN MY LIFE. The Logistics Manager in Macungie PA Is and always has been and always will be an utter and complete nightmare to work for!! I could go into details regarding her stealing company time and treating her direct employees terrible as well as others she comes in contact with….however I won’t.

Bad place to work. 1. Its 110 in the warehouse as forklift driver it hot as hell. They have no AC machine are loud. Once print the cardboard boxes. You can see the exhaust in the air. Like in the warehouse you can see it bad not sure how it safe for your health. You can smell C 02 IN THE AIR TOO. AS FORKLIFT DRIVER going in n out of the trailer with the c 02 n heat. You are told to drink water none stop due to being 110 inside. Yet they had people passing out due to the heat. It like 30 degree inside then out. You sweat like crazy yet I had 9 bottle of 24 oz water in 8 hr shift. Right there tell you it wrong , people don't want work due to the heat.
