I booked a spa appt a month and a half in advance since they are so booked all the time. I booked my appt online and after getting confirmation and showing proof, they told me I was not in the system and could not find me. They said they were having technical difficulties at one point and that unfortunately they were booked all day and were not able to accommodate me. Staff were very professional and nice but I was very upset because I had to do a lot to accommodate babysitting for me to attend only to be turned down. If the online booking doesn’t work they should not have it then. I moved in the area and thought this place was a great place for me and my family to enjoy but I am so disappointed.
