My waitress was good but the food was not worth the $56 that o spent. I ask for medium rare steak and it was well done when i got it. The beers tested gross or i got something different that i asked for. Presentation looked good but the flavor was not it.

I go to this restaurant from time to time. I won't be going back anytime soon. The second I walked in by myself for lunch the waitress/"batender" was super snotty and acted like she was doing ME a favor by doing her job. I was perplexed by a lime because it looked more like a lemon. She very rudely grabbed the container of limes, sort of slammed it on the counter and emphatically proclaimed that perhaps I should choose my own because that was all she had. It was a very unpleasant experience and pretty much ruined my workday. I just wanted a little relaxation for lunch. There are much better restaurants with better service from which to choose.

Worst experience. Our "server" Dakota was rude and lazy. All I heard from her was "we can't" or "I can't" with absolutely no solution to any problem. She had attitude and did not care about her customers at all. We were there for a total of 75 minutes and my husband never received his food. My daughter never received her birthday dessert either. I'm sure this was planned since we complained at the very beginning because we never received straws with our drinks and we were unable to order half-priced appetizers BEFORE 6:00pm. The rest of the food we did get was mediocre at best. It wasn't just us either, the table behind us never got their mozzarella sticks because she didn't enter it in the system. If you're unhappy with your job, go find another one... preferably one that doesn't deal with customers.

Had a great experience today! Gabby was a fantastic server! So helpful, despite the place being really busy for lunch. Had the Prime Rib Dip. Great tasting sandwich and fries. Enjoyed the background music too -- not too loud. Great place to eat in Rock Springs!
