I have trusted Cory in assisting my clients when I cannot help them. He is honest and has a win-win character. He’s helped my clients get out of foreclosure and put money in their pocket.

Beware of this company and Cory Badre or Tarek Badreddine because they forge deeds to steal property in Dallas county by filing fake deeds with the courts and doing a quick sale before the owners find out, how ever we found out and were told to contact the authorities. Be very careful dealing with this company They are the same as Progressive Real estate Services and there is no Harry Ridge in sight, these are fake companies used to commit deed fraud

Yes. We buy tenant occupied properties all over the DFW Metroplex. If you are ready to sell my house just let us know. Thanks!
That's a great sell my house question James. There are a couple of things you can do. Although it can be a bit of a headache renting the property is an option until you build up enough equity to sell. Another option is to sell it with Seller Financing, in your case, this would be done with a All Inclusive Trust Deed (AITD). This is where you create a Note and Deed of Trust with the buyers for at least the same amount as yours. The buyers will send you a monthly payment, in turn, you take that money and pay your underling mortgage. You are not a Landlord, your are the Bank. There is a big market for seller financed homes. Please contact our office if you would like us to assist you with this.
That's a great question Rachel. One that we get often. The answer is yes in most cases. The title company with issue what's know as an heirship questionnaire. This is a form that asks about the deceased and their family members. If all checks out the title company will issue an heirship affidavit. Once they have the affidavit in their file they will issue clear title to the property and you will be clear to close, get your money and move on to what's next.
