Made an appointment for my fingerprints to be done Saturday I go in and they told me that the machine was down since Thursday. Um ok why didn’t you call and cancel the appointments then or have a system to see the appointments and call to cancel. Called today Monday and the machine is still down. I feel like their machine is always down.

$4.23 for printing just one paper sheet! This is ridiculous…. It use to be ten times less couple of months ago. Do not recommend this location

I drop off amazon packages often and never had an issue. Friendly, easy service. For anyone that thinks the price is high, the price is the retail price. You can make a UPS account and typically save some money by printing the label on your computer, but unless you are shipping often, the price is pretty fair. Overall, UPS is worth the price over USPS.

I would call ahead to confirm, but I think they stop fingerprinting at 5 or 6. Warning: they are the only one in the area that are allowing walk-ins, so if you walk in be prepared to wait for a long time.
