Just had the RUDEST experience with Jaden. The digital coupon site was not working so I simply asked for a refund for the difference since it wouldn’t upload. Jaden proceeded to tell me that HER app was working so mine should too. I explained it was the website. She then actually said “YOU started this whole thing! I’ll help you THIS time but not again!” I asked her why she was speaking to me like this and she said “I’m done with you!” And left me standing in CS with no help. It took 10 min. For a manager to finally help. It seems that bad employees know that Kroger needs them, so they let out their hatred on customers knowing they can get away with it.

This store says it's hours are till 10 PM but always close by 9:30. Sales reps are rude and unhelpful. Bad attitudes especially when you point out closing early. Saturday night and closed before 9:30 when hours say open till 10. People in store still coming out and all doors locked. Hazard and wrong. Management doesn't seem to care. Bathrooms full of trash and urine in floors. Foul odor in store as well. Sad that Kroger's is lacking quality customer service treating us customers in this way
