I would like to thank Cpl Soyer of the Corinth Police Dept, while traveling north on I-44 on Nov 17th around 12:15pm I exspirinced a flat tire. I (66 year old) Male my daughter and my 4 year old grandson were in the vehicle. I had gotten out of the car and started to change the tire, Cpl Soyer pulled up at the time blocking the traffic then exited his vehicle and change the tire for us. I think his actions were above the call of duty. We greatly appreciated his actions and feel he truly enhanced the respect his profession has for the general public and has deffinatly increased my respect for the police. I would like to send him a job well done and if more officers were like him there the world would be a better place. THANK YOU Cpl Soyer

As in most situations...or disagreements there are at least two sides to every story...i think what im hearing you say is you felt put on the defensive, treated unjustly, and maybe you were... ive been in a similar situations... And when i step back and look at it from the various points of view, its my behaviour thats the easiest to modify when consuming all of the facts...the officers have no malicious motive, their actions are simply protecting the community(and me) and themselves...im doing nothing wrong except feeding a non issue with non compliant back talk that only exasperates and extends the non situation... when looking at the big picture realistically..i need to go with flow..be honest conform and be on my way...simple.. And if you feel harrassed theres legal recourse you can take...
