My fiancé and I have been struggling fighting our new Leasers to send out an email to allow us to have water for our new place. I pleaded with them, offered to pay the previous tenant's bill, and even went to the Water Utilities Department myself. Was told I couldn't pay the bill till they received the previous tenant's eviction notice and we ended up having to move into our new place without water. But then we got a call a few days later with a sweet woman named Bridget that said she would let us pay the previous bill and got our water turned on THAT DAY, even after 5pm. She was extremely sweet and understanding, and definitely saved our hides.

This water company is the worst. They know you have no option but use their services, so the customer is horrible at best! Stated no payment arrangement available even tho bill was not due yet. Also if you miss one payment or payment is rejected because you close the account and forgot to update it, they then will not allow you to pay by check via online and forces you to use cc or debit card only then charge you a 3.00 fee on top of it. And you are not allowed to pay via checking for 1 year!! Can't wait to move from Arlington! and get away from this water company!

Bill pay
I used to live in an apartment complex in Irving and the water, sewer and even gas (had no gas appliances) were billed separate. Water and sewer bill was for the whole complex divided by number of apartments, not by individual usage.
I have no idea. My thought is they are cutting back on service ex:pay on line isn't available and not accepting debit cards.
Apparently there are some water main breaks affecting some areas.
Ha!! Good Question 👍
Tues and Fri at 76016 and 76017. Not sure on the others
A lease if you rent A deed if you own An ID Deposit (depends but usually 80-140)
That ended in 2017 I believe
I can't answer specifically on that but we all know they require the stupidest code inspections so just verify its correctly fixed and move on
Only 8 pct of what we throw in the recycle gets recyled anyway....
You know why. It's cause the water Dept are BULLIES cause we have no other choice. That 44 dollar fee is probably criminal but no one has complaint to the PUC
