service is always very good. My problem is with the phone system/service. Tried three different ways and two different phone numbers and never got to a live person. I got an operator , an answering machine and an opportunity to place a four digit number of an employee. Pressing zero to circumvent did not work either.

Worst customer service I have ever received. My car was totaled and I was shopping for a new new, was working with someone at the dealership who was aware that the car would need to be held until the insurance check came in as I don’t have $10,000 sitting in the bank. I offered to put a $500.00 deposit down until the check came in which was about a week or so however I was told that they couldn’t do that. Prior to me going to the dealership they knew this and said no problem that could be done but when the time came the sales manager said no! Waste of time especially in the market and high demand for cars now! Stay away from them!!

To be honest everything from sales and services is a 5 star. The one thing they messed up is why I am giving them a 2 star. I bought my car in August. 3 months later I received my title. I looked at it and it was all wrong. Wrong VIN, wrong year of the car. I had the title of someone else's car in my name. I can only assume someone has my car title in their name. This does just not sit well with me. I hope it is fixed right. I feel like this mistake should have never happened in the first place.
