Excellent professional service. ReVive Spine Center is modern and efficient. When you just come in they have the process of onboarding a new patient automated and made very streamlined, from electronic signatures you can do right at the reception window to an online questionnaire that goes on your electronic patient record - the process takes less than 5 minutes. They don't make you wait for a long time, immediately you are taken care by the nurse when you come in and when she is done you have the PA coming to you right away. PA that serviced me, John Bialik, is excellent. He listens attently, asks the right questions and records detail of your symptoms precisely, using dictation software, not to waste any time for writing patient history by hand. The MRI place they referred me to - Seton Imagine was able to do my scan the next day! It is 4 months wait time in Canada, btw, and MRI only cost me $465. When during the MRI scan review it turned out that my back was not a root cause of my leg problems John Bialik explained everything and didn't push any other procedures. Overall ReVive Spine Center is the best medical services organization I had to deal with to date.

Office and PA were very nice, my biggest gripe was that I never saw the doctor, not even on my first visit. I had three visits and never even met the man. I did finally meet him when I received my injection for the one and only time. Not good at returning calls, at least that was my experience.

Scam! They took my info and insurance over the phone and again when I arrived. (Not one other patient was there the whole time.) Had a consult w the Dr. for 4 spine injections. They said they’d preauth then first. (* I do this for a living) . FOUR weeks of lies (called weekly) that the pre auth was sent, then sent again multiple times as “priority” , in between calling my insurance to verify that they NEVER had once done so. . Turns out they are out of network & just ditched me and my painful back . .Found a new spine Dr , went in today , and the injections were set up as I was leaving because they’re in network and no pre auth was needed. I put a compliant in with my insurance to warn others and I do believe I will be IGNORING the consult bill if it does arrive.

After 5 fusion surgery's from Dr Vigna in 8 years ,Im Still having bad movement in my back and bad pain ,So I would never recommend fusion or double fusion surgery ,For me the relief was very temporary :-(
