I am enjoying my stay. No bucket for ice was provided but there is ice. Clean kind of. Not much soap for shower but its a cheap hotel. One bottle of shampoo and conditioner and one bar of soap. Mini fridge and TV great. Wifi great and air conditioning great!!! Checked bed for bed bugs and all clear there as well!

Positive: Room was nice, obviously renovated recently. From below: 5. There are obviously some long-term residents using this as apartments, not the best environment. 6. Some guests had set up small barbecue grills in the parking lot? and lawn chairs? Negative: 1. Staff/service, the lobby was closed at 8pm? Is there a security issue? 2. No breakfast available..this was in the ad, and one of the reasons I chose to stay there. 3. NO TOILET PAPER?! Really?! 4. Coffee machine in room, but no coffee or cups of any

worst place I've ever stayed first they give my room to someone else I'm disabled and purposely requested the king size bed n room then they try to put me on second floor. ..I can't climb stairs and no elevator.. they finially got 2 queens bed. I could had a better room at motel 8.. I've stayed at a lot of places this is one I won't go back to ill sleep in my car first..

I would give ZERO stars if possible. NEVER BOOK HERE....it was the worst experience I ever had!!!! I worked for a 4 star hotel, customer was always right no matter what. You didn't argue with the customer. They screwed up everything with the block of rooms I reserved so no one stayed there. They charged us $400 for the night, the room was so discussing that they aren't even worth $25. The toilet felt like it was going to wobble out of the ground, there were marks all over the doors, and some strange stuff stuck to the front door. The staff was very rude. Called me a couple hours after they charged my credit card to tell me that they didn't have my card on file and would need it before I could check in. When I told them that they already charged the card, they argued with me and told me i was wrong. I had to show the text that I got from my card showing the charge. We didn't feel safe staying there, but they told us that if we canceled we would be charged for the room so we stayed. other people staying at the hotel were telling us how discussing their rooms were. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER STAY HERE!!! I would say to stay away from the Wyndham Hotels all together.
