Found this car online. Send email for the information. The salesman contacted me within a few hours. He was very helpful. I lived about 3 hours away from the dealership. He stayed late and waited for me to get to the dealership. The car was just as he described. Great pice and I really love it.

lengthy review!!!! I went for an oil change yesterday. The wait time was ridiculous, especially when you made an appointment. I was there 2.5 hours. Not really sure what the purpose for an appointment is. After 2 hours the guy came and told me 1000 things was wrong with my car. even down to my back windshield wiper blade (lol). I didn't come for all of that. I only came for an oil change and they OFFERED me a tire rotation. They didn't do that because they said my tires were bad. (They're new tires btw.)The things they said I needed done was not right. I went to 3 other places just to check and make sure. The only thing that was actually wrong was I needed break fluid. That was only thing that I was told the same thing about. This makes people feel like you guys just want money and you don't really care about you customers. The customers don't really be needing all of those things done. I will say the customer service was good. The ones that originally help you when you first pull your up to the service department. The only reason to even give one star. Other than that I will never be there for any kind of service again.

I recently done business with Stearn Ford and work with a woman named Jacqueline and I couldn't of had a better experience. In all my years of dealing and associating with people in the car business this was by far my BEST experience. Absolutely love my ford edge. Absolutely love that they was able to deliver to me at my home. During this time with covid I don't get out alot. And yes, I had to keep my PJ's on, just to say I bought a car in my PJ's. Would recommend this dealership to everyone and John Fender as your salesman. They will work with you as much as they can and make every effort to do the deal. I am 100% satisfied

Maybe to try to call Stearn Ford and ask for GM of the store to talk to? Or ask for service manager specifically.
