Very limited hours for banking convenience (it’s 2022 now, after all)-9 to 5 during weekdays only. Unlike other banks, they were unable to provide me with a replacement ATM/debit card (“only the Mayfair branch has that service”); I had to wait 7-10 days to receive it through snail mail, so every time I needed to make a deposit or withdrawal, I had to make sure it was during open hours and do it at the counter. Replacement card took over a week to arrive, and once it did, discovered I then had to go back to the branch to change/establish my PIN. Not recommended.

Thanks for canceling all my cards (not just the ones you mis-sent to a previous address) without telling me so I can't pay my rent or make any purchases. Now I have to wait 15 days to request a card. Absolutely ridiculous. Listen to the client and actually hear them.

Today I lost my M&T card. I called three M&T banks to cancel my card and they all said no and I told them that someone can find my M&T card and use it and I also told them I'm in the middle of nowhere near a M&T banks they don't care and still said no. Now I know why this bank is closeing one by one.

Do not put your money in this bank. These people don't care about you. All they care is your money and at the time they try control your money by tell you what you can't do with your money. One time I was take my money out this guy name Jim that works at the bank at 17& South Street going to ask me where did I get this money from that was very disrespectful showing off with their new co-worker and if he really wanted to know he could just look at my account that was right in front of his face and it would tell him where the money came from
