We visited this branch on 22 July 2022 as I have issues with TD Bank visa gift cards that I bought from TD bank as the recipients were not able to use them overseas. Long story, short, I asked for refunds. First I called the store and was told to come in. Once I got there, I was told that these visa cards are non-refundable, something confusing. So I asked for a manager's help and the manager, mr. Tom Marino, did an excellent job by researching information online and calling other colleagues on the phone as visa gift card refunds are very rare and not a lot of bankers are familiar with it. He managed to get us a refund. Tom went an extra mile to help us, customers, and he deserves a 5-star . Keep it up. Excellent job!

These 5 stars are for the branch manager Mr Tom and him alone. After multiple people from TD Bank were useless in helping me, I finally found my way to his line and he went above and beyond to help me. He was patient, kind and empathetic to my problem. Best branch manager ever!
