You can not go wrong with this company. If you're looking to move a home, these are the people you need to call. Very professional from start to finish. His crew worked as if they've been doing this their whole lives. They definitely know what they are doing.. Maneuvering in the tightest of spaces. Moving a home is a big investment and something you want to be done right. Give Steve a call. You'll be glad you did. Take it from one who experienced it first hand. Hayes just lifted my old house, and did an amazing job of it. They had a sizable team and extensive equipment, plus they nailed braces to protect all the joints. Mr. Hayes was all business until I paid him. However, I advise you to insist on examining each and every joist and floor yourself once the house is up. Mr. Hayes's men had ignored a rotten joist and a floor that was shimmed insufficiently. After the job was done, my phone calls were ignored until I had to hire someone else to shim the sinking floor. Once Mr. Hayes sent someone out to examine the rotten joist, he assured me it was not his problem, as it had been also cut. If I had been less naive, I would have inspected the underside of the house before paying. Caveat emptor. Nonetheless, Mr. Hayes is still the best we have.

I was very disappointed I called them over 10 times to come relevel my house .Its not level .An that was a few days after they put it there. They didn t tell me joist needed to be changed in several locations and just put house down on termite joist.House is not touching pillars on several places To this day have called and text them over 20 times with no response And I will have to get another house mover to relevel my house which I cant afford . I lost everything I owned in a house fire and told them I didnt have funds to replace window and metal siding on house which all was damaged .I just requested that the leveled my house so I dont have to put out more money for something I already paid for.I have never wrote a bad review on anyone.But businesses should do evetything they can to please customers after paying that much money
